BME I6300 Engineering, Entrepreneurship and Business Leadership
This course will focus on the Lean Start-up Method that has come to dominate the high-tech and start-up worlds. The Lean Start-up Method favors experimentation, customer feedback, and iterative design over traditional business approaches that rely on big design and planning up front. Students will learn how to use a combination of business-hypothesis-driven experimentation, feedback, and iterative product releases to speed up product development cycles, understand capital market and risk, and develop strategies for product launches.
